OM, or as many came to know her, Swami OM or Swami Omkarananda,
Has been teaching Yoga for the past 25 years.
OM is a direct deciple of Swami VishnuDevananda the founder of the International Sivananda Yoga Vedanta Centers and the author of:

- Meditation and Mantras
OM spent 18 years with her teacher and was trained in all the paths of Yoga. She was Initiated into the order of Sanyasa (Monkhood) and served as a swami at the SYVC organization, world wide.
As a Swami OM was the director of several Yoga Centers and trained many new
