Why Meditation?

Since time immemorial men and women have been searching for answers to the fundamental questions of existence. A search for our own inner self, for fulfillment and satisfaction for an everlasting essence in a constantly changing existence...

 

People always wanted more out of life... Needing to find a deeper meaning to life they inquired into the nature of creation and their own self. Those people, like you and I are called seekers of the truth.

 

Those who found the answers are called seers of the truth.

The state of consciousness in which the answers to those core questions are found is called meditation.

 

What is it and how do I learn it?

Meditation is your natural state of being, a state in which you are united with your own Self.

No teacher, guru or any person can teach meditation to you, as it is not something you do.

 

Meditation is a state you enter naturally once you are ready. Just as no one can teach you how to sleep as this too is a state to which you are entering naturally when you are ready.

 

However

You could learn how to get ready. You can prepare yourself to get to the point where

meditation occurs by itself.

 

 

At a meditation course you will practice:

 

  • Concentration techniques (mistakenly called meditation techniques)
  • The attitude of a seeker and the qualities of a seer
  • The power of the mind and how to use it to your benefit.
  • And much more…

 

With Practice You will attain:

  • The ability to meditate and the discipline of regular practice.
  • Powerful Concentration and peace of mind
  • Answers to the most fundamental questions of life.
  • And much more...

 

How long is the Meditation Course and at what time?

It is a 4 weeks course once a week on Sunday. Each class is one hour long from 10AM-11AM  However we do recommend that you stay for Satsang which is the following program to the course. This way you will get much more practice done.

 

What is the cost?

The course cost is $80

You are welcome to attend a free weekly Satsang.
